      Thank you for finally noticing that Steiggy is a joke. The guy spends more time talking about random bullshit than he does actually calling the game. Then, when he does decide to throw in some play-by-play, he announces the game like he is on the radio. We can see when a player loses and edge and falls or steps up on an attacking forward in the neutral zone.

      As a lifelong Penguin fan, I don’t think we realized how great we had it with Mike Lange calling the games on TV until we had to sit through Steigerwald every night.

      Good thing Bob Errey’s presence counters Steigerwald’s doucheness at least once in a while, or a lot more folks would be watching the games on MUTE.
