Proof that McDonalds and hockey should never go together…

    Per THW:

Um, yeah, can I get a large McPuck meal with a side of McDoucheBag? Thanks.

For some God-forsaken reason the folks who run the show in the IHL thought it would be a good idea to dress up the Kalamazoo Wings as. . .wait for it. . .Ronald ****in’ McDonald! And you thought those Montreal Canadiens jerseys were bad. So why did they do it? Glad you asked.

    s

They did it because they were “celebrating” Golden Ice Night, which was sponsored by McDonald’s.

Here’s a clip of the K-Wings scoring a goal on the night of golden ice (sounds like a Will Ferrell movie doesn’t it?), not because they displayed any particular amount of skill but because the opposing team was struck stupid with the giggles after seeing a hockey team actually competing dressed like Ronald McDonald.

And yes, that is golden ice. Snow cone anyone?
