Like many others, I am hoping for my fantasy team to get a little extra boost to it now that Marian “I can’t stay healthy” Gaborik is back in the Minnesota Wild lineup.
This is a great thing for the NHL. I still remember watching the Wild vs. Rangers last season when Gaborik went off for 5 goals. I hated to watch it, but was still in awe by how amazing it was.
From Yahoo! Sports:
Minnesota will have its career scoring leader back in the lineup Wednesday night for the first time since Oct. 14.
He has missed 27 games because of a lower-body injury the Wild haven’t identified.
Gaborik began practicing with the team a week ago and deemed himself “good to go” after Tuesday’s workout. The Wild could use some scoring from their speedy right wing: Their 76 goals are fewest in the Western Conference.
